Despite my several failed attempts, I'm going to keep trying and trying until I get some positive news from the publishers. I may not have a success story to share right now but I hope to have one by next year. I once read that when you define your goals, you'll have a greater chance of accomplishing it so let me share with you what I plan to do. As part of my new year's resolution for 2009, I must finish writing a fantasy story by the end of this year. For the first few weeks of January 2009, I've been writing and rewriting the synopsis for my proposed plot. (I'm never happy with the first few drafts). I will
soon attempt to work on the details for creating each
character. I will give myself the first six months of the
year to finish the planning stage and the next six to
write out the novel. Let's hope nothing gets in the way.
